Transitional Leadership Ministry Training

The purpose of this course...
...to equip and train present and prospective transitional pastors and denominational leaders in the work of facilitating positive change in the church during a senior leadership transition.
Senior leadership transitions provide a congregation with an ideal opportunity to experience meaningful and positive change that can help ensure a fruitful ministry for the incoming senior leader.
Who should attend this course? Transitional pastors, pastors considering intentional interim ministry and denominational leaders who coach congregations through transitions. Please note that the principles taught also apply to leaders faciliating transitions in para-church organizations.
Who are the presenters? Trainers will include Alan Simpson, Bob Rose, Cam Taylor, Craig Kraft and others.
Date for TLM basic training: May 3-5, 2010
Specialized Training Day - May 6th: We are adding an extra day to our TLM 3-day basic training course which you can add to the 3-day course or take separately. The topic is Leading Change Without Going Off the Rails (chosen based on a survey of Transitional Leaders & Coaches conducted Jan. 2010).

Cost:
$295 for 3-day TLM basic course for full time participant (includes manual & note taking guide)
$150 for spouse attending with full time participant
$195 for returning participants
Add $99 for Specialized Training day - Leading Change Without Going off the Rails (spouse is $49).
$99 for a set of DVD's with the full 20 hours of training from our 5-day TLM course.
Accommodations & meals: meals and accommodations are the responsibility of the participant. The Town & Country Inn is conveinently located just 5 minutes away.
